MinneSOAPta Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your MinneSOAPta experience. But hey, we get it – sometimes things just don’t work out. If you need to return an item, here’s the lowdown:

Every now and then, a package might take a tumble on its journey to you. If your items arrive damaged, don’t worry! Just shoot us an email with a description of the damage and a photo if you can. We’ll gladly offer a store credit, refund, or replacement order.

Ope, sometimes mistakes happen! If you receive the wrong product, let us know ASAP. We’ll make it right by shipping you the correct items or issuing a refund or credit.

If your package seems to have gone on a walkabout, first contact the carrier with your tracking number and report it lost. Then, give us a shout, and we’ll work with you to track it down or file a claim.

Since many of our products are handmade and made-to-order (like those bath salts you love), we don’t automatically offer refunds for returns. But hey, we’re Minnesota Nice! If the product isn’t as described, we’re happy to hear you out and consider a return. You’ll likely be responsible for return shipping costs, and a 25% restocking fee may apply.

No Returns: Custom or made-to-order items can’t be returned. Also, we can’t accept returns on any items that have been altered after you receive them.

Want to cancel an order? No problem, as long as you reach out to our customer service team before it ships. A 25% restocking fee applies to standard products, and custom or made-to-order items can’t be canceled once they’re in the works.

Important Note: All claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect products must be filed within 15 days of the delivery date.
